Product, Information, and Labeling:

All products manufactured and sold by Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC are for the sole purpose of external application.  All products manufactured are sold with the sole intention of being applied topically, to the hair and/or skin.

Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC lists all ingredients contained in products on individual product labels.  We disclose all ingredients used in our products to the best of our knowledge.  Product labels are attached and visible on the outside of all product packaging.   All product labels advise consumers to discontinue use if any signs of irritation.  All consumers are advised to keep all liquid products and/or liquid products not sealed with a "child safety cap" out of the reach of young child.  All liquid products are labeled with instructions to contact consumers local poison control center and seek emergency help if a product is ingested orally.

Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC makes no claim that any ingredients contained in it's products are allergy-free and/or won't cause an allergic reaction or skin irritation.  Consumers are advised, to consult with a physician or veternarian, for possible precautions regarding ingredients in products that they intend to apply to hair and skin.  Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC advises consumers to not use products containing any ingredient(s) that have caused or may cause an allergic reaction and/or any skin irritation.  All product labels contain company contact information for non-emergency questions or concerns. 

Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC makes no claims or implications regarding any manufactured and/or sold products preventing, treating, and/or curing any conditions or diseases.  Our products, information, and/or statements are not intended or suggested to be used in replacement for any type of medical advice, medical care, or medical treatment for people and/or pets.  Products, statements, and labeling have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (approval is not required under state law).

Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC tests all ph levels of handcrafted soap/shampoo batches before bars from batches are sold.  All soap/shampoo must test at or below a ph of 9.5, before being sold (ensures the highest quality - mildness and safety).  Again, this testing is voluntary and is not required by any state or federal law.

Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC makes all attempts to produce categorical products of eqivalent weight and/or measure.  However, our weights and measures will vary slightly on our non-liquid products, due to our products being HANDCRAFTED.  Any slight variations in non-liquid products are unintentional and are a natural outcome of the processing methods used in making our HANDCRAFTED SOAP - cooking, forming, cutting, and curing.  Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC makes all attempts to produce uniform non-liquid products and any unavoidable variations are unintentional and not unreasonable based on our HANDCRAFTED processing methods.  Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC is committed to engaging in good manufacturing and distribution practices.

Ingredients:

All base ingredients used in products are natural - derived from vegetables, plants, and/or produced by insects (honey, beeswax, and etc).  Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC uses Essential Oils, Fragrance Oils, blends of Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils, lip balm flavorings, and colorants to scent, flavor, and/or color many of our products. 

Not Sufficient Funds (returned checks):  

Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC charges $25.00 for all returned checks due to NSF.  Customers will be notified one time, regarding the NSF check, and payment due (including merchandise and $25.00 processing fee).  Customer will be notified that payment will only be accepted via a "Money Order" and will need to be received, within two weeks from the date of notification.  All payments not received within two weeks will be turned over to the County District Attorney's Office for legal prosecution.

Shipping:

Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC charges a "flat shipping rate" of $7.98 for all orders processed via their web site, mail, and telephone.  Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries, LLC and/or ShampooWorks, LLC does not ship any orders internationally - outside of the United States.
